Foreign Ministers Portal, also known as FM Portal, is a complaint management system developed by the National Information Technology Board (NITB) for resolving queries and concerns of Overseas Pakistanis and Foreign Nationals living abroad. The application is commissioned by the Ministry of Information technology & Telecom (MoITT) and aims to provide an easy-to-use and user-friendly platform for resolving complaints and concerns.
